Cancellations

Please note that by making your deposit deposit to YOA and or completing our booking form, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions. Due to high demand of our courses, if you are unable to attend for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the course date. Should you not attend the course on the first day, you will forfeit your booking.

 

Drug and Alcohol Policy

 No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises and any student found to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be removed from the course.

 

Indemnity

YOA Super Yacht Training will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or loss suffered by any student during their training.
